Workout Plan

Thursday

It’s an off day. Have a brisk walk for half an hour. Other optional cardio activities are jogging, swimming, and elliptical. Remember, variety is paramount to effective results. Also I’ve found that getting variety doesn’t get me tired of my workout routines.

Friday
Workouts

Perform the strength-training exercises below inside a circuit two times. What this means is to do each exercise once then perform exactly the same group of exercises once more. This can be a circuit of two.
